Planning your dream wedding at The Highline venue means you’ll be treated to the most over the top, luxurious wedding event. With three magnificent ballrooms to choose from, each ballroom is flexible and functional for all wedding events, regardless of size and requirements. Self contained with their own stunning bathroom amenities and glamorous pre-dining area, each ballroom truly is a special place. When booking, couples have the option of choosing one ballroom, or combining each ballroom to create one lavish, large wedding function room.

Ruby Ballroom

Elegant and ornate, the Ruby Ballroom is the perfect setting for any luxury wedding event. With floor to ceiling window bays and its own expansive private terrace, the Ruby Ballroom can accommodate up to 230 guests for a wedding banquet feast, or up to 300 family and friends for a cocktail wedding celebration.

Emerald Ballroom

Rich in elegance and sophistication, The Emerald Ballroom will impress even your most distinguished wedding guest. With high ceilings of over 5 meters, this luxurious wedding space represents glamour and grandeur. Accommodating loved ones of up to 400 for seated wedding banquets and hosting up to 650 guests for cocktails, The Emerald Ballroom will treat you and your guests to a wonderful wedding celebration.

Sapphire Ballroom

Sky Ballroom

Situated in an exclusive rooftop position on level 5, The Sky Ballroom is The Highline’s newly constructed grand ballroom.  Now welcoming wedding parties and their guests, the Sky Ballroom provides a modern backdrop amidst skyline views in Western Sydney. This elegant wedding event space can host up to 700 guests in cocktail celebration style or up to 350 seated guests banquet style.

Private Rooms

Located on the upper mezzanine level sits 3 luxurious private rooms. Each private room is dedicated to each of the ballrooms, allowing a private space with a fully equipped bathroom, hair and make-up preparation area and a glamorous dressing space with mirrors. These individual private rooms are included in all bookings for The Highline Venue ballrooms.
